Consciousness-raising group

If you live in or near London, Ontario

if you are an open-minded, open-hearted person
on an ongoing inner journey
and you are interested in:

• deepening your awareness of cultural influences on your perceptions and worldview
• exploring the function and limits of the discriminating mind
• nurturing an expanded sense of Self
• cultivating balance and a centredness that is transcendent yet grounded
• changing patterns of thought and behaviour
• discovering and uncovering your hidden assumptions, expectations and beliefs
• developing or deepening a connection-building style of communication
• establishing authentic relationship with yourself and others
